I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

i hope running on vacation is easyer on my cruise in august, even though by theni'll probably haave tempos and double runs. but disneyland with all its walking and standing is making me feet sore! especially when your familymakes you the designated fast pass getter;) but hey, the run was refreshing today!

Its my senior trip, and Disneyland was christmas from grandma (who is money bags) ha!
